Now this is the bomb of a journal... This was my absolute favorite journal when it was finished.  I didnt get many photos of it, I totally forgot to take them before it was picked up. This journal was for a lady who helped me with a kitty of mine who had to go to the vet for a broken tooth.. She took a few pics for me so I would have some.. She will be using it to write about her recently deceased mom. I feel for her, mine died in june 2021 from covid.. 

There are vintage and antique laces that were my mom's, pieces of fabrics, muslin and buttry yellow flannel covered spine with a hiden binding, a pretty green and ecru thread birdsnest [as Pam at the paper outpost calls them], a butterfly on the cover who's wings are loose and 3D, 4 large signatures with edge punching on some pages, tabs on the first page of each signature, colored pages, coffe dyed pages, tons of ephemera, belly bands in each signature, journaling cards for gratitude, stickers and epehmera she can add herself, a door to write something special under, the doors on it open to reveal a writing space, and the page opposite the door is a collaged, stitched page, of which there are 4, each one different, one to a signature. there are bulb pin tags in each signature, each with a different inspirational word, and that last picture shows just how chucnky, thick and beautiful she is.  I sure hope that jamie will enjoy her for many days of writing and remembering memories of her beloved mom...

 This is my January personal Journal.  In december I had thought it would be fun to make a journal each month to write in, but after a couple months I found that I didnt use the ephemera, and I didnt fill them up. Why??? becasue I suck at journaling right now, and I cant post them in the Fauxbonichi journal group on fb like i wanted to.  You are required to start with a blank white page journal them embellish yourself. Which I also struggle with.  Anyway, I got two journals in when i decided it wasnt cost effective to do it this way.  I may chang my mind later.  

 Created for a group activity on FB.  I have to find which group and where the kit came from... 

 This one was created for the Blessing group I am part of in my local area.. 

It is hard cover and the spine was a new one for me.. I LOVED doing this one..

 This is the second folio christmas journal I created.  I embellished it more and it has its own box to go with it.  I loved it some much after I did the three to raffle, that I kept one for myself..

Kit is from My Porch Prints.  It was a funn little folio journal, so fun in fact I made three more, a second one for myself that was way more embellished, and 2 to raffle off in a Blessings group local to where I am for those in need to have something fun for the holiday season..
